Komi Fish Pie Baked for Guinness Record Book

On the 22nd of August an achievement was recorded in the village of Ust-Kozhva, Pechorsky district, Komi Republic, which will be entered into the Guinness record book and the record book of Russia.

The Pechorians baked a traditional Komi fish pie - “Pechorsky cherinyan”- 10.55 cm long, 25cm wide using Pechorian salmon, dough and other components as Denis Ogorodnik, Deputy Head of the district administration told to the Media Center FINUGOR.RU.
