The International action "Seven wonders of Finno-Ugric world" is taking place in the Internet. All the people, who wish, can participate in it.

By the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" in the informational center "Finnougoria", Yamal people also can participate in the action and till the end of September to present their variant of "Yamal wonder". It needs to send an application with a photo (video) of an object and its description to the e-mail 7w@finugor.ru. Several suggestions have been already received from the region, among them there is a famous archeological monument - the ancient town Mangazeya.

The contest is taking place in three stages on 4 nominations: "Natural objects connected with history and culture of Finno-Ugric and Samoyedic peoples", "Monuments and manmade constructions", "Objects of culture, art and literature" and "National holidays". Experts from Russia, Hungary, Finland and Estonia will evaluate, if suggested objects correspond to rules of the contest.

The most interesting sights of Finno-Ugric people in each nomination will be defined on the second stage of the action - October. Seven the most attractive objects will be defined by the results of voting. They will receive the name "The wonder of Finno-Ugric world".
