visions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is now available on the Komi-Permyak language. Translated the fundamental document on human rights

in the Komi-Permyak language performed by a team headed by Professor branch of the Udmurt State University in Kudymkar Anatoly Konshin. The brochure is available
with the financial support of the the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, said the Ministry of Komi-Perm Region of Perm Krai.
The idea of publishing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the Komi-Permyak language belongs to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Perm region Tatyana Margolina. Thanks to her on the Komi-Permyak was translated Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2008.
