The ex-president of Youth association of the Finno-Ugric peoples (MAFUN) Alexey Tsykarev has declared necessity of introduction of transparent procedure of elections of delegates of VI World congress of the Finno-Ugric peoples which will take place in the Hungarian city Siófok in September, 2012. He has made such statement at MAFUN board meeting in Tallinn October, 15. Alexey Tsykarev has informed on it in MAFUN group in Facebook.

"It is necessary to demand a transparency of procedures of election of delegates on the World congress of the Finno-Ugric peoples. Opacity of procedures and profanation of elections of delegates will lead to creation of alternative Finno-Ugric movement. Officials shouldn't steer the wheel processes", - the youth leader has underlined.

Delegations for participation on the World congresses of the Finno-Ugric peoples are traditionally formed by the authorities of Finno-Ugric republics and districts of Russia and a management of the profile organizations and the establishments supervising Finno-Ugric actions in Hungary, Finland, Estonia.
