The article on the question of bilingual in the Russian Federation in the world-wide Internet-encyclopedia Wikipedia is proposed to delete on March 20. On this page there is information about bilingual in Karelia, Komi, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Chuvashia and Yakutia.

It was proposed to delete by the participant of the Russian Wikipedia Alexander Raykov (the nickname: Carpodacus), the citizen of Uzbekistan. This is how he argues his actions. “It resembles ORISS [original researches, i.e. not being vouched on authoritative sources. – editor’s note], besides – not without putting on a mask. In the text there are several references, but if one clicks on four from the six, it is suggested to pass on some articles on mentioned wiki-actual (although the author undoubtedly knows the registration of the passing, and in other places he put in square brackets). One of the brackets contains the story [the novel. -  editor’s note] by Goncharov “Frigate Pallada”. The only one theoretically available source, on which there is a link, is the article of Vladimir Alpatov in “Logos” magazine. It’sauthority I do not presume to judge. But in any case it is used for ascription a single statement, whereas big parts of the text have absolutely  incomprehensible origin”, - explains A. Raykov.
