The group of Komi-Perm visited Estonia with the invitation of not paying organization Fenno – Ugria Asutus from 19 to 22 March. The guests from Komi-Permyak Okrug of Permsky Kraj of RF acquainted with the history, the culture, traditions, the language of Komi-Perm, had time for communicate with the representatives of Komi and Komi-Perm Diaspora in Estonia, scientists, the representatives of public organizations, interested people, who are interested in culture of Finno-Ugric nations in these three days. The meetings took place in the University of Tallinn, in the Ethographic museum of Tart, in the Central library of Narva.
The chief of Bolshe - Kaczynski school museum of ethnography and folklore Vasily Gagarin, the professor of Permsky State Humanitarian – Pedagogical University -Alexander Cherhyx , students of Saint-Petersburg Academy of Stage Arts - Vasily Shipitsyn and Anastasia Utrobina presented the Komi-Perm culture , the organizer of Komi-Perm was the public figure, ex vice-president of Youth Association of Finno-Ugric nations Svetlana Kolchurina, informed V.Gagarin.
The folklorist V.Gagarin told about his work for conservation of the traditions and the rites of Komi-Perm, acquainted with the level of national education by the example of his own school, told about the unique heritage of ancestors - Permian bronze casts, held the magic session of water-cleaning with the help of Char-iza (the thunderbolt).
The professor A.Chernyx told about the ancient history of Komi-Perm nation , about the original ethnic palette of nations in Permsky Kraj, presented his book “The Estonians of Permsky Kraj: historical image”. The big interest of Estonians called up the gifts – the books and the DVD “The anthologyof Komi-Perm folklore”.
S. Kolchurina told about the cultural projects of Komi-Perm Youth, about the level of socio-cultural development of Komi-Permyak Okrug, about perspectives of its development. In her report she analyzed the social initiatives about changing language and social –economic situation in point of view of its efficiency.
The students V. Shipitsyn ( village Verhnaya Inva) and A. Utrobina ( village Yukseevo) showed the examples of songs and folklore art of Komi-Perm, the play on pelyans, danced the traditional Tupi-tap.
In the borders of the meetings the presentation of the film “The silver horse” of the director Anatoly Baluev was organized.
Thanks to these working meetings now the preparation to the tour of Komi-Perm in Estonia during The Days of relative nations” begins. Also the Days of Komi-Perm culture in Paris are planning.
