The beginning businessmen in Komi will be exempted from taxes during 3 years

Everybody who was registered for the first time as the individual entrepreneur in Komi will be exempted from payment of taxes during 3 years, "Komi-inform" writes.

Today, on April 14, the speaker of the State Council of Komi Igor Kovzel told about it at the meeting with journalists.

He explained that since January 1 of the current year the amendment to the tax code came into force which allowed to the territorial subjects of the Russian Federation to lower a tax rate for new small business enterprises on the discretion.

It concerns the enterprises applying the simplified system of the taxation and (or) patent system of the taxation.

The zero tax rate extends on 52 kinds of activity.

"We will look as business will react, whether there will be new enterprises. It’s clear that it is a double-edged weapon: we give a zero tax rate; and at the same time the budget will suffer losses. But it isn't excluded that the budget will receive nothing anyway because the new enterprises simply won't be created. The budget will suffer 3 years, but then it will receive the full-fledged businessman who will steadily work and will pay taxes.

The effect will prove not today and not tomorrow, and at best in a year. Then we will be able to see effect, having counted number of again created enterprises", - I. Kovzel told.

The law will come into force on May 1, 2015.
