The Udmurt newspaper "the Udmurt Dunne" was accused of lack of the Russian language in advertizing

The antimonopoly service of Udmurtia was up in arms against “the Udmurt Dunne” newspaper for advertizing in which the Russian language isn't used, news agency “Susanin” reports.

"To recognize advertizing of spectacular action of Galina Romanova’s creative evening placed in “the Udmurt Dunne” newspaper (release of 23.01.2015 to No. 5 (25330) on the 22nd page in the Udmurt language without use of a state language of the Russian Federation, exactly Russian, the inadequate and breaking part 11 article 5 of the Federal law of 13.03.2006 to No. 38-FZ "About advertizing", - it is told in the text.

FASU issued the instruction to the newspaper about the termination of a violation of the law about advertizing.

Besides, the materials are transferred to the authorized officer of department for consideration of a question about need of initiation of administrative affairs concerning of editorship and officials.

As Zinaida Ryabinina the editor-in-chief of "The Udmurt dunne" explained, the edition intends to protest the decision.
